Are you a detail-oriented dental professional who takes pride in building strong patient relationships and keeping office financial systems running smoothly?

We are an established, busy 3-operatory general dentistry practice with a loyal patient base and a supportive team of 6–10 professionals. We pride ourselves on combining a warm, welcoming environment with modern technology (Opes software, digital sensors, iTero scanner, and PAN). We are seeking a reliable, professional Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to play a key role in our front desk operations and patient experience.

Work Schedule

  • Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible: Thursday start times can be adjusted later)

  • Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Core Responsibilities

  • Patient & Schedule Management: Coordinate patient appointments, streamline day-to-day scheduling, and deliver exceptional, welcoming customer service.

  • Treatment Coordination & Billing: Process insurance claims, submit pre-determinations, handle payment collections, and present financial options clearly to patients.

  • Financial Systems: Actively manage and follow up on accounts receivable and outstanding balances to maintain practice financial health.

  • Administrative Operations: Maintain accurate patient files, manage patient communications, and ensure seamless patient flow.

Pay Rate: $25.00 – $35.00 / hour (commensurate with experience) + Comprehensive Dental Coverage

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of dental front desk experience required (Note: Position is not open to new graduates).

  • Technical Skills: Strong background in dental insurance, treatment coordination, and managing accounts receivable. Experience with dental practice management software (Opes experience is an asset).

  • Soft Skills: Outstanding communication skills, strong attention to detail, dependability, and a genuine passion for relationship-building.
