An established, high-volume general dental practice featuring a 7-operatory facility and a dedicated 11–15 member team is seeking an experienced, highly articulate Dental Administrator / Treatment Coordinator. Serving a professional patient base with high dental literacy, this fast-paced office prides itself on a structured, team-oriented environment that delivers top-tier patient care. Schedule (Full-Time)
Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM
Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (One Saturday per month)
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $26.00 – $35.00 per hour (commensurate with experience and skill set)
Dental Benefits: Basic dental coverage for the employee, spouse, and dependent children under 18 (eligible after 3 months upon contract signing)

Requirements & Essential Skills
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on dental administration and treatment coordination experience.
Software & Clinical Literacy: Dentrix fluency is required, along with familiarity with digital imaging systems (Sensors, iTero, PAN) and an advanced command of professional dental terminology.
Core Responsibilities: Execute all front-desk administrative duties (assignment & non-assignment billing, pre-authorizations, pre-determinations, etc), hygiene recall tracking, schedule optimization, and end-to-end treatment presentation and financial planning.
Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English skills with an articulate, professional telephone and in-person presence.
