WORKFORCE Dental Staffing is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a busy, high-performing general dental practice in White Rock.
This is a true leadership opportunity for someone who can lead a team, drive practice performance and build strong systems, while allowing the dentist to focus on exceptional patient care and clinical leadership.
The Role
- Lead and develop a team of 11-15 across administration, hygiene and clinical departments
- Take ownership of daily practice operations, systems and workflows
- Recruit, onboard, train, coach and manage team members
- Establish clear expectations, accountability and performance standards
- Monitor key practice KPIs including production, collections, scheduling, hygiene performance, case acceptance and reappointment
- Grow and strengthen the hygiene department
- Oversee scheduling, treatment coordination, insurance, collections and patient communication
- Lead team huddles and departmental meetings with clear follow-through
- Identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
- Handle employee concerns, conflict and difficult conversations with professionalism
- Manage patient concerns and protect the patient experience
- Support recruitment and selection of future team members and associate dentists
- Work directly with ownership to drive practice growth and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of dental office management experience
- Proven success in team culture development and practice growth
- Strong leadership presence and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- High emotional intelligence and sound judgment
- Confident holding others accountable and having difficult conversations
- Proactive, independent and highly organized
- Strong understanding of dental practice KPIs
- An ownership mindset and ability to solve problems independently
The Goal
The dentist should be able to focus on providing exceptional dentistry, leading clinically and growing the practice, while trusting the Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations.
You will be the person responsible for ensuring the team is supported, systems are followed, performance is managed and operational issues are addressed before they reach the dentist.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $110,000–$160,000/year
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
